The Guide uses a deterministic knowledge system built from Bonojo’s approved website content. It has no connection to an outside AI model, paid API, or external calendar. It will not invent an answer when the website has not approved one.

Every supported response is drawn from approved Bonojo knowledge and can point visitors to the relevant public page.

Private hosting memory
After explicit consent, the Guide can return messages for 7 days and the session for 30 days. Expired rows are removed during same-host cleanup; “Forget conversation” deletes the session immediately.

Built-in booking
Available times come only from the owner-managed Bonojo calendar in this website. No Google, Outlook, Apple, or paid scheduling service is required.
Appointment contact records remain in the protected owner calendar until the owner deletes them. The Guide is automated and is not a human adviser, generative AI service, statutory audit, attestation, legal or tax service, emergency channel, or substitute for professional judgment. Do not enter confidential evidence, credentials, account numbers, personal identifiers, or allegations.
